Security Penetration Testing
Find the exposures that would fail an audit, a customer security questionnaire, or a board question — before someone else does.
Bridge AI delivers scoped penetration testing of internet-facing systems, web applications, APIs, internal networks and cloud environments. You receive findings ranked by business impact, evidence your technical team can act on, and a remediation path a director can read.
See what is included
Testing is authorised, fixed in scope, and non-destructive by default. Engagements are quoted after a short call.
Built for a decision, not a program
Most organisations do not need a transformation engagement to know whether the front door is open. They need an independent test, a clear report, and confidence they can show a customer, an insurer, an auditor, or a board.
This is that engagement.
It sits alongside our security, compliance, and AI risk governance work. It is deliberately narrower. The outcome is evidence and a prioritised fix list, not a new operating model.
Who it is for
You are about to be asked
A customer security questionnaire, a larger contract, or a cyber-insurance renewal is coming. You would rather arrive with tested evidence than discover the gaps in the questionnaire.
You need assurance evidence
ISO 27001, Essential Eight, SOC 2, or an internal audit requires more than a policy. An independent test shows whether the controls hold.
You have just shipped something
A new platform, customer portal, payment flow, API, or AI-enabled service is about to be exposed. Test it before your customers, or your auditors, do.
What we test
Each engagement is scoped to the systems you authorise. These are the starting points.
External exposure test
Internet-facing systems, DNS, email, and exposed services. For organisations that have never had an independent test, or have not had one since the environment changed.
Internal exposure test
Understand the risk to your organisation if a bad actor or hacker reaches inside your internal network. Obtain a view of how far they can reach within your organisation.
Web and API test
Customer portals, admin consoles, and APIs. For product and platform teams that need to know what a determined user, or an unauthenticated visitor, can reach.
Cloud review and targeted test
Identity, storage, and network exposure across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with targeted testing of agreed entry points. For teams that moved quickly and have not had an outside review.
Retest
Confirmation that agreed findings are closed. So the first report does not become a document nobody can stand behind.
Tell us the systems, the constraints, and the date you need the report. We reply with a written scope and a fixed quote.
What you receive
The report is the product. It is written for two readers: the person who has to decide, and the person who has to fix it.
An executive summary for your business or technical stakeholder briefing packs.
Findings ranked by risk category key.
Evidence and how the risk was identifed for your technical team.
Recommended fixes, ordered by risk category.
A retest option, so closure is confirmed rather than assumed.
On delivery we walk through the findings with you. The walkthrough is included. It is not a sales meeting.
How an engagement runs
1. Scoping call
We confirm the systems in scope, the ones out of scope, the testing window, and any constraints. Production sensitivity, change freezes, and third-party platforms are agreed before anything starts.
2. Written authorisation
You receive a scope, rules of engagement, and a fixed quote. Testing does not begin until you have authorised it in writing.
3. Testing window
Testing runs inside the agreed window. You have a named contact. If we find something that needs attention before the report, we tell you then. We do not wait for the document.
4. Report and walkthrough
You receive the report and a walkthrough. A retest can be scheduled once the agreed items are closed.
Most scoped engagements are completed in two to four weeks from authorisation, depending on the environment and the access you can provide.
What we will not do
Test systems you do not own or have not authorised.
Test third-party platforms outside an agreed, permitted scope.
Run destructive testing unless it is separately agreed and controlled.
Include social engineering or phishing unless it is a separate, written engagement.
Publish findings, name your organisation, or use your results as marketing without your consent.
If a finding shows a control gap that needs more than a fix, we will say so. Remediation, Essential Eight uplift, ISO 27001, and ongoing security governance are separate work. They are not bundled into the test to inflate the quote.
Grounded in delivery, not a scanner
Bridge AI is a founder-led firm. Security testing is delivered with the same discipline as our larger assurance work and making sure the output of your penetration tesitng has meaning and contributes the organisation security posture.
Relevant delivery includes:
ISO 27001 uplift and certification, including a company-wide certification obtained in enterprise, commercial and mature start-ups.
Security audit and firewall remediation for a top-tier Australian telecommunications company.
Security programs across telecommunications, media and government.
If the test shows a larger gap
A penetration test answers a specific question: what could someone do, today, against the systems in scope?
Sometimes the answer points to a missing control, an unfinished certification, or an operating model that will recreate the same findings next quarter. When that is the case, Bridge AI can help with remediation, Essential Eight and ISO 27001 uplift, and security-led governance.
That work starts after the report. It is not a condition of the test.
